I LOVE my greenhouse. I love pretty much everything about it. Except for the snails that sometimes break in. And I always grow tomatoes. The smell of tomato plants transports me back to my childhood trips to the greenhouse with my dad.
This stuff is a little addictive, but in a good way. It is great as a pasta sauce, on pizzas, mixed into a bean stew. a chilli or a bolognaise. I also drizzle it cold onto sourdough beneath avocado, cheese or hummus. You get the picture.
