A day with Jo and Katie, hearing about the latest interesting developments in gut microbiome science, meeting fellow fermenters and sharing knowledge, as well as getting the opportunity to see fermenting from different perspectives. Katie and I are planning a day where there is plenty to sample, lots of information and some inspiring and practical hands-on sessions. And, of course, a delicious lunch.
Bring your apron with you and a ferment you have made to share with the group, as we know that you’ll also learn a lot from each other.
