Glucose is used by every cell in our body. Fructose can ONLY be processed by the liver, where it is converted to glucose (glycogen) and fat. Fructose is a sneak and can lead to obesity and metabolic confusion.
Sugar is made of glucose and fructose. Our body deals with these two substances in very different ways. Our body’s main source of energy is glucose. We need it but we are eating way too much of the stuff.
