WONDERGUT terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following words have the meaning given below:

“Wondergut” or “We” means Joanna Webster trading as Wondergut (trademark applied) and operating through the Website and any agent or employee of Wondergut.

“Website” means wondergut.com

“Course” means any training, educational or other course or lecture run by Wondergut

“Services” means the provision of the Website, the provision of courses and talks by Wondergut, the supply of information to users of the Website, the supply of information to those signed up to receive information from Wondergut through social media, the supply of any goods by Wondergut whether through the Website or otherwise and such other services as Wondergut may from time to time provide.

“You” means any user of the Website or of the Services and “your” has the corresponding meaning.

 

CONTENT

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the content of the Website and any other information provided as part of the Services is accurate and up to date, Wondergut accepts no liability for any error or inaccuracy.  We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Whilst the Website and any other information provided as part of the Services may contain information about health and wellbeing, it does not purport to provide medical advice specific to your circumstances and you should contact an appropriately qualified specialist should you require assistance with your own personal situation.

The Website and other information provided to users of the Services contain links to other sites that are not operated by Wondergut.  We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content of those websites or for the use of your data by those websites.

 

AVAILABILITY

We give no warranty as to the availability of the Website or the supply of any other Service and accept no liability for any temporary or permanent lack of availability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or your right or ability to receive any other Service from Wondergut.

Wondergut reserves the right to cancel a Course should it consider it necessary to do so.  We will endeavour to give you as much warning as possible of any such cancellation. Please see our refund policy for details of any refund payable on cancellation of a Course

PAYMENT

Payment for any Course or for any other Service and any refund will be through Paypal unless we agree to accept another method in any specific case.  The use of Paypal is governed by Paypal’s own terms and conditions and Wondergut accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of Paypal or for the operation of its services.

Please see our refund policy for details of any refund payable if you cancel your attendance at a Course or fail to attend.

 

Course Conduct and Liability

We reserve the right to refuse entry to a Course or to require you to leave a Course if we consider you are not in a fit state to take part (whether due to alcohol or otherwise) or if we consider your behaviour at the Course (including to other attendees) is inappropriate.

By attending a Course you accept that you are responsible for informing Wondergut of any allergies or other health issues which may impact your ability take part in any activity which occurs on that Course including the consumption of food or drinks at the Course.

You are responsible for ensuring that any knife or other equipment which you bring to a Course is fit for purpose. Except where we are negligent in our supervision of a Course, Wondergut accepts no liability for any injury or damage sustained during a Course.

Wondergut does not accept any liability for any third party products which are purchased at a Course.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website, Courses and other Services and the relevant content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wondergut and are protected by copyright

All rights to the name Wondergut and related applications are reserved, and trademark protection has been applied for.

The name Wondergut, the name Joanna Webster or the Website may not be used in connection with or associated with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wondergut.

The Website uses cookies to better the users experience while visiting the Website. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Services, including the use of the Website and the attendance at any Course, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Services.

Under no circumstances will Wondergut ever be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Service, these Terms, the subject matter of these Terms, the termination of these Terms or otherwise, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, business, markets, savings, income, profits, use, production, reputation or goodwill, anticipated or otherwise, or economic loss.

These Terms are governed by English law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.  By continuing to access the Website or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. However, we will endeavour to inform you in advance of any change to the Terms which we consider has a material impact on your use of the Website or other Services.
