Robin Harford’s website is a mine of information about the medicinal and edible herbs with which we have evolved. What I particularly love about his resources, is that they are imbued with his deeply-held respect of the plants. The greatest nourishment we can get from plants is not through simply identifying them with an app and then scoffing them, but learning about them through direct observation and interaction, understanding them better, connecting with them. Robin’s resources will help you to do this.
