Herbal oxymels

I make oxymels and I love doing it.

An oxymel is a combination of vinegar and honey. I use home made apple cider vinegar and British single origin honey and infuse different medicinal herbs into this delectable mix. It is a very enjoyable thing to do and in the process, medicinal constituents from the herbs are extracted into the oxymel.
