Vital Tonic is my own fire cider recipe.
I use our apples to make apple cider vinegar and then infuse a range of homegrown or organic herbs in it. The vinegar extracts phytochemicals from those herbs, phytochemicals known to support health in a range of ways.
It tastes delicious too!
